Jonathan Paul McLeod established McLeod & Partners in 2005 and is an insolvency industry professional with over 30 years experience in Chartered Accounting firms commencing with Ernst & Young in 1986 as a graduate accountant and promoted to a Business Unit Director in 2002 with Deloittes in Sydney and Brisbane.  Jonathan has been appointed to over 1100 Corporate appointments including Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations and Receiverships.

Jonathan’s experience includes property development and building, aviation, childcare, private investment schemes, aged care, labour hire, franchise businesses and professional practices.  Jonathan considers all available options and solutions for each assignment for the best outcome for stakeholders.  Jonathan McLeod takes a hands on role in every appointment and delivers value for money results.

Bill Karageozis – Partner

Bill Karageozis has over 12 years insolvency experience and has extensive experience in liquidations (voluntary and involuntary), administrations, receiverships and has administered numerous personal bankruptcies, personal insolvency agreements and statutory trusteeships. Bill also advises on turnaround, reconstruction and corporate recovery matters.

Bill works predominately with small to medium sized business and has experience across a broad range of industries including: building and construction, retail and property / real estate, mining. professional services, transport, property development, telecommunications and manufacturing.

Bill has been involved in numberous complex and litigious matters and takes a personal approach to every appointment. Bill is able to assess clients’ needs and provide timely and realistic advice to deal with the clients’ issues.

Nick Keramos – Director

Nick Keramos has a background in business services, and insolvency/restructuring for a national firm. Nick has been part of notable voluntary administrations, liquidations, and receiverships throughout his career. Nick has previously been part of trading voluntary administrations whereby stakeholders were able to receive a return from the distressed Company which adopted a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA), and employees of the business retained following the end of the administration. Nick is of the opinion that in these circumstances both creditors and those employed by the Company have a chance to continue their relationship with the business, and with a carefully executed business plan, trade profitably going forward so all parties can receive the maximum benefit.

Nick’s experience is predominately with small and medium enterprise (SME) business’ and experience across a broad range including, but not limited to:
